Terms of Service

Welcome to Gamix Labs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property & Rights

Unless strictly stated otherwise in a "Work for Hire" agreement, Gamix Labs retains the portfolio rights to display work created for clients for promotional purposes. However, upon full payment, all commercial rights, source code, and assets are transferred to the Client in accordance with our standard Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Services & Deliverables

We provide game development, art production, and simulation services. All deliverables are provided "as is" upon acceptance. We offer a standard 30-day warranty period for bug fixes related to our code delivery.

3. Confidentiality (NDA)

We respect the sensitive nature of the iGaming industry. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before any detailed project discussions. All client data, math models, and proprietary assets are treated as strictly confidential.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, unless a milestone-based schedule is agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges.
